A belated Happy New Year everyone!

Have put the amazing technicolor Sherlock series 3 obsession (Tumblr) on hold temporarily to take down the Christmas decorations. I know it's not yet Epiphany, but I just get fed up with the clutter once normal work routines restart in the household.

It's blowing a gale outside and the skies are darkening as a storm from the north approaches - so I'm very pleased not to have to go anywhere this afternoon!

First night at the newly reopened and refurbished Broadway theatre in Peterborough. Local press were there and my daughter and I were too - after a protracted fight with a car park ticket dispensing machine that threatened to bankrupt me.
